I Purpose and Structural Features of the Machine Tool
1、This product is a column-moving precision CNC surface grinding machine with a T-type layout. The machine tool features a rational structure, providing sufficient static, dynamic, and thermal rigidity as well as stable output. Advanced technology ensures the system exhibits excellent dynamic performance. The selected servo drive system features high precision, high reliability, and fast response speed.
2、High Rigidity Structure: Moving column T-type layout, optimized via finite element analysis, featuring excellent static/dynamic/thermal stiffness, fast servo system response, and high reliability.
3、Multi-axis Linkage Machining: Independent movement of X/Y/Z three axes; Y/Z linkage enables dressing of complex form grinding wheels, while X/Z linkage realizes circular arc/curved surface grinding, suitable for precision form machining requirements such as vane pump rotor slots and spline shafts.
4、High Precision Core Components: Equipped with a self-developed high-precision hydrodynamic spindle, rotational accuracy ≤1μm, balancing heavy cutting and mirror finishing; the entire line uses pre-tensioned backlash-free linear guideways, with the column and worktable configured with linear motors + linear scales, ensuring outstanding feed accuracy.
5、User-friendly Intelligent Control: Fanuc CNC system paired with a graphical HMI for convenient parameter setting and low error rates; remote electronic handwheel + rotary control console for ergonomic operation, with an independent electrical cabinet featuring air conditioning to ensure stable operation.
6、Comprehensive Safety Protection: Built-in automatic fault alarm and stop protection for insufficient guideway lubrication, ensuring intelligent and efficient equipment maintenance.
