Ⅱ.Purpose and structural characteristics of machine tools
PurpoThis product is a fixed beam gantry surface grinder, and the machine tool adopts a gantry layout, consisting of a closed rigid frame structure composed of double columns, crossbeams, and bed body. The worktable moves longitudinally along the bed guide rail, and the worktable guide rail adopts a static pressure guide rail.
The crossbeam is equipped with a linear guide rail, which has a horizontal sliding plate that can move laterally along the crossbeam. Vertical skateboards are also equipped with linear guides, which can perform vertical feed motion along horizontal skateboards. There is a horizontal peripheral grinding head installed on the vertical skateboard. Having sufficient static, dynamic, and thermal stiffness and stable output, advanced technology is adopted to ensure that the system has good dynamic quality.
The selected servo drive system has high precision, reliability, and fast response speed of the execution components. The horizontal peripheral grinding head is a box structure, and its internal spindle support adopts a dynamic and static pressure bearing structure. Static and dynamic pressure bearings have the advantages of high motion accuracy, no wear, long service life, low starting power, high load-bearing capacity at high speeds, and good vibration resistance compared to static pressure bearings.
They are the preferred bearings for grinding machine spindles. Mainly used in the processing of precision parts for new energy vehicles, new energy materials.
