I Purpose and Structural Features of the Machine Tool
The MMK28 series precision CNC vertical-axis conical surface grinding machine is a high-stiffness, CNC servo-controlled precision vertical-axis CNC conical grinding machine. The grinding head spindle is arranged in a vertical manner, and the worktable is located at the upper end of the bed. The structural design is reasonable and compact, featuring high static and dynamic stiffness and high precision. The selected drive system has good dynamic quality, high precision of the actuating elements, good reliability, and fast response speed. This machine is mainly composed of the bed, column, rotating worktable (static pressure turntable), grinding wheel spindle, grinding wheel dresser, cooling system (including filtration device), protection system, hydraulic system, and electrical system, etc.
This series of machines are widely used in the precision grinding processing of rotating body components in industries such as wind power, hydropower, bearings, and semiconductors.
