I Purpose and Structural Features of the Machine Tool
1.The machine tool adopts a compound box structure, with high-strength and low stress nurturing castings, small thermal deformation, high accuracy, and good stability.
2.The Z-axis guide rail adopts static pressure guide rail technology, which has good rigidity and does not crawl at low speeds; The X-axis adopts imported pre compressed linear guide rail technology, which has a large load-bearing capacity, high accuracy, and sensitive response.
3.The outer circular grinding wheel spindle is equipped with an imported well-know brand grinding electric spindle,which can be equipped with two outer circular grinding wheels at the same time,with high rigidity and high torque;The internal grinding wheel electric spindle is equipped with a well- known domestic brand.
4.The headstock adopts a high-precision dual-purpose headstock structure,and the tailstock adopts a pre pressed bearing tail seat,which has good overall rigidity and high accuracy,and is suitable for precision grinding processes
5.The tool turret can be equipped with a DDR direct drive turntable and a T4 workstation turntable as standard,which meets both rigidity and accuracy requirements.
6.Equipped with a domestically produced Huazhong CNC system as standard,stable performance,dedicated grinding interface,convenient operation,and high cost-effectiveness. It can be optionally equipped with any well-known imported grinding machine system on the market.
