I Purpose and Structural Features of the Machine Tool
The overall structure of the high-precision CNC universal cylindrical grinder product adopts a worktable movable T-shaped layout, made of high-strength and low stress HT300 pearlite cast iron material, with high stiffness and excellent precision stability. The worktable (Z-axis) guide rail adopts an open unloading static pressure guide rail structure, and is driven by high-precision ball screws, with high precision and no crawling at low speeds. By using a numerical control system, the movement of the X and Z axes can be controlled separately, and the linkage and automatic grinding of the X and Z axes can be achieved. Suitable for special materials such as glass, sapphire, silicon carbide, carbon fiber, etc., the main journal of crankshafts, connecting rod journals, transmission systems, injection molds, stamping molds, engines, shafts, sleeves, medical equipment, optical equipment, reducers, tool holders, oil cylinder industries, etc. This series of machine tools has extremely high cost-effectiveness.
