一、Main characteristics and application scope of machine tools
This machine tool is a 5-axis 2-linked CNC end face cylindrical grinder. The overall structure of the machine tool adopts a movable layout of grinding wheel stand and pallet, and is made of high-strength and low stress HT300 pearlite cast iron material, which has high rigidity and excellent precision stability. This machine tool adopts double grinding wheel oblique cutting and forming grinding, which can perform one-time grinding on the outer circles, arcs, and end faces of the two ends of the automobile axle housing (/axle) without the need for secondary clamping and turning grinding, resulting in high production efficiency. The numerical control system of this machine tool adopts the SIMENS 828D numerical control system, which uses advanced and reliable devices as the machine tool control platform. The human-machine interface is friendly, and it has complete equipment fault alarm and diagnosis functions. It has dual channel control. The grinding work of the machine tool can be automatically cut in and fed periodically through program control, and can also be fed by electronic handwheel.
3、Application scope
This machine tool is suitable for grinding the surface of cylindrical or conical rotating bodies with IT6~IT7 precision. It can be used for form grinding by inserting and repairing two axis grinding wheels, and can also be used for longitudinal reciprocating grinding. Machine tools are mainly used for grinding typical double-sided grinding parts such as axle shells and axles.
