Structural features:
1.The X/Z axis adopt constant-flow closed hydrostatic guides, featuring excellent dynamic performance, high motion rigidity, and capability to with stand heavy cutting.
2.The worktable is radially centered by high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings and axially supported by constant-flow closed hydrostatic guides, ensuring large load capacity, high rotational accuracy, reliable operation, and easy adjustment & maintenance.
3.The rotary worktable is driven by multiple servo motors: during turning, all motors rotate in the same direction to achieve power superposition, guaranteeing high-torque and high-power cutting; during milling, master-slave control of multiple motors is adopted to realize electronic backlash elimination, ensuring high rotational positioning accuracy.
4.The crossbeam feeding system adopts a dual-motor, dual-ball screw, and dual-grating ruler detection structure, ensuring synchronization and positional accuracy of crossbeam movement.
Application scope:
