Intruduction:
This series of CNC internal grinders is a dual-axis CNC internal grinder, primarily consisting of a bed, worktable, bridge plate, headstock, grinding frame, servo drive system, hybrid lubrication system, cooling system, and protective components.
The machine tool bed adopts a new type of reinforced heavy-duty bed, which has good load-bearing capacity and rigidity. The workpiece spindle adopts advanced hybrid and hydrostatic bearing technology, featuring high precision and long service life. The entire grinding cycle of the machine tool is automatically completed, including automatic feeding, automatic dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, automatic size control, etc. It is suitable for both single-piece and small-batch production as well as large-scale production.
Structural Features:
1. The workpiece spindle adopts advanced hydrostatic bearing technology, featuring high precision, strong rigidity, and long service life.
2. The grinding wheel shaft adopts a high-precision electric spindle integrated structure, featuring high speed, stable transmission, and high grinding quality.
3. The X-axis (horizontal) movement utilizes a G1-grade high-precision linear guide rail paired with a Heidenhain grating scale, ensuring smooth and reliable motion with high accuracy.
Scope of application:
This machine tool is suitable for grinding workpiece inner holes, concave end faces, outer end faces, multi-step inner holes, and multi-step end faces. It is a versatile production machine tool.
