The X-axis is driven by rack and pinion, dual servo motors and synchronized control of the scale, which effectively ensures the precision of the machining contour.
X and Y axis adopt ultra-high rigidity roller type linear guideway, which combines the heavy cutting performance of hard rail with the fast movement of linear guideway.
Z-axis is designed with 4 linear guideways with high rigidity box-type ram structure to provide the best cutting performance.
Adopting stable and reliable high-precision double pendulum head, it can process workpieces with extremely high finish and precision requirements.
The system selects the international advanced 5-axis and 5-linkage CNC system, which is suitable for the control of complex machining tasks. The RTCP function improves the quality of workpiece machining by making the direction of the tool tip follow the programmed contour trajectory automatically.
